Our client-company in Piscataway, NJ is in need of an experienced Telemarketer. As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone while providing excellent customer service skills.
Schedule and Pay
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Hourly rate $18
Telemarketer Duties and Responsibilities
- Contacting over the phone customer to describe the company’s services
- Explaining services and prices
- Answering customer questions regarding services
- Obtaining customer information such as name and address for delivering services
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales of services
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers when necessary
Telemarketer Requirements
- Ability to communicate effective in English
- Background in telemarketing or call center
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Customer skills needed
- Reliable transportation
