Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources practices and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
This position requires an average onsite commitment of 40 hours a week.
Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process, including HR sourcing and talent management activities.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with employee data.
- Support training development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Answer and field employee phone calls.
- Other duties as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as UKG, Paycor, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
- Experience in HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Familiarity with training development methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data collection and entry tasks.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
