Role Overview:
Support top developers in North America (e.g., Amazon, Verizon, AT&T) by ensuring Android Play Store policy compliance and facilitating collaboration between developers and Google’s Trust and Safety teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Compliance: Guide developers on Play Store’s 70-80 policies, troubleshoot violations, and provide actionable insights.
- Developer Engagement: Proactively address app reviews, explain violations, and assist in resolution processes.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with global teams to refine policies and improve developer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in product support, technical account management, or software engineering support. Trust and Safety experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SDKs, APKs, and app development processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
