Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of quality and safety through ongoing education and training initiatives.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Safety Management:
- Identify and assess workplace hazards and implement safety programs to mitigate risks.
- Lead safety training sessions and ensure all employees are informed of safety protocols.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in quality assurance, safety management, or compliance engineering.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP software (Fishbowl), Google Docs -Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
