We are looking for a remote Regional Sales Manager!
In this role, you will sell in manufacturing environments, and travel within your region.
We are looking for someone with stamping press experience, either selling or working in a machine tool environment (CNC machines, equipment, fabrication, lathes, perishable tools, etc).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy to meet company sales goals.
- Develop and maintain Distributor Network in the sales territory.
- Manage sales performance within company profitability requirements.
- Build trust, credibility, and relationships with all customers and distributors.
- Demonstrate excellent follow up skills, attention to details, and proactive approach in all sales activity.
- Manage the sales activities to customers, directly and/or through distribution.
- Hire new distributors as necessary in specified sales territory as well as train and maintain sales ability of these distributor sales staff.
- Make regular sales calls/visits with distributors and coordinate demonstrations
