We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer in the heavy equipment, quarry, crane, agriculture, off-highway, or mining industry!
In this position, you'll provide technical support on drive systems (gear boxes, gearings, bearings, lubrication) of heavy equipment. You'll work with quality, manufacturing, service, suppliers, and customers to identify the root cause. The work you do will ensure product quality.
You'll also work closely with key suppliers on to investigate root cause issues and develop countermeasures, as well as following up to validate these measures fixed the issue.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 years of "hands on" field or shop service experience OR a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Travel up to 30%
