Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Respiratory Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Respiratory Specialist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients on medical floors, adult critical care, and the emergency room. Your duties will include administering breathing treatments, mobilizing secretions, performing non-invasive and invasive ventilation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intubation assistance, drawing and analyzing blood gases, and obtaining EKGs.
Equipment Utilized
You will have access to a range of advanced equipment, including ventilators, non-invasive ventilators, IPV, Capnostream 20 ETCO2, and OmniCell medication dispenser. You will also work with EPIC EMR, a cutting-edge electronic medical record system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift and move patients as needed.
