**Responsibilities:
- Surgical Knowledge and Problem-Solving (25%): Demonstrates thorough understanding of surgical procedures and applies problem-solving skills to address any challenges encountered.
- Supply Management (25%): Verifies items on pick lists and ensures accurate patient charges are billed by maintaining an accurate account of supplies.
- Equipment Use and Maintenance (25%): Properly uses and assembles equipment, cleans, and sterilizes disposables, guaranteeing that all equipment, supplies, and instruments are assembled correctly and in working condition for the surgical procedure.
