We are seeking a passionate HR Clerk to join our team in Franklin Park on a temp to hire basis. The Human Resources clerk manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR clerk manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR clerk carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. This role will require onsite work M-F 7:30am-4:15pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources generalist is responsible for all or part of these areas but not limited to:
- recruiting and staffing logistics;
- organizational and space planning;
- employee orientation, development, and training;
- policy documentation;
- employee relations;
- company employee communication;
- compensation and benefits administration;
- other duties assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED Required
- One-year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Salary : $20 - $21
