NOW HIRING!!! CNC Machine Operators with aerospace products and technology experience for top quality fabrication company near Gilbert, AZ area to elevate their fabrication, production and machine operator team and perform daily operations of all assigned to all operators : aerospace parts and tools, metal stamping, precision fabricating, welding and assembly. This position is a temp to hire opportunity, payrate based on prior experience / or education / certifications. All candidates must have prior aerospace industry experience. Candidates must have strong machine technical skills, multitasking abilities and 3 or more years of aerospace related experience / or Machining Certificates or Surfcam, Solidworks , G&M Codes, Haas & Milltronics Controls, Feeds and Speeds, Self Starter, First Article Inspection and other aerospace CNC machining background or education.

Open Positions :

1st Shift : 6am - 230pm - OPEN
2nd Shift : 2 : 30pm - 11pm - OPEN

CNC Operator skills and Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required aerospace manufacturing experience. Candidates must be capable of processing a variety of aerospace materials into a consistent finished product and mechanical repair skills to complete daily operation checklist...

Operate machinery presses, shearing, power tools and other metal fabrication machinery for aerospace industrial plant

Repair small mechanical and installation fixtures

Ensuring quality control procedures and safety checks

Strong knowledge of punch press machinery or set-up operator skills

Previous experience with hand and power tools experience

Experience with maintenance repairs, wiring hydraulic Numatics, pipe fitting etc.

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Some knowledge of various power tool equipment (grinders, conveyors, chillers, scales, dryers, etc.) and hand tool equipment (drills, clippers, utility knives, etc.). Requires general supervision under standard practices.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to respond to questions from managers, engineers, and coworkers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer knowledge

Education

2-5 years of experience in machine operator manufacturing setting
