Staffing Network is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians in Denver, PA!
Successful candidate will be responsible for, according to level of experience and necessary licensing, repair and maintain facility and equipment including HVAC, conveyor systems, sanitation equipment, and material handling equipment and battery replacement.
Shifts Available:
- Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat, 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
- Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat, 3rd shift (10:30pm-7:00am)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Emphasis on warehouse maintenance experience.
- Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.
- Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule. Desire skill sets include hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance, major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating system, and adjustment. Stay abreast of current technology regarding job duties.
- Perform inspection of doors and dock plates, and all other building and support areas. Recognize problems and repairs before breakdown occurs. Independently troubleshoot and make repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair records through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience in similar role.
- Will need to bring own tools. List of tools will be provided shortly.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, perform repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures. Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment. Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and heights. Ability to operate power equipment and hand tools, forklifts and pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment.
