About the Job
A small, well-established commercial real estate law firm in the Central Perimeter area seeks a full-time Paralegal / Closer to manage a high volume of closings for a busy transactional law practice. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of closing experience in commercial real estate transactions . Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sale and loan documents, including settlement statements.
- Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
- Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
- Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and post-closing processes.
- Prepare title commitments, proformas, and title insurance policies.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required).
Experience : Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer, specifically in commercial real estate.
Technical Skills : Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions.
Soft Skills :
Additional Skills : Deadline-driven and able to handle a high-paced environment efficiently.
