• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate estimates and change orders.
• Analyze job-specific conditions and identify potential issues affecting labor and materials.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure materials, pricing, lead times, scope of work, and schedule.
• Maintain up-to-date logs for change orders, subcontractors, RFIs, and contingencies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical estimating experience.
• Basic knowledge of estimating software, preferably McCormick.
• Strong technical writing skills for scope and proposal document creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
