Pay Range: $75,000/yr-$95,000/yr Benefits
Duration: Fulltime Permanent
Job Description:-
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the review of construction plans and specifications to create detailed and accurate bid proposals.
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete estimates and change orders.
- Will prepare bill of materials and coordinate vendor materials and subcontractor quotes
- Will analyze job-specific conditions and identify issues that may affect labor and materials
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure materials, price, lead times, scope of work, and schedule.
- Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI and contingency logs.
- Satisfy customers’ needs to develop repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 2 years of prior Industrial Electrical Estimating experience
- Estimating Software Basic Experience (McCormick Preferred)
- Technical Writing Skills for Scope and Proposal Document Creation
- Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word)
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Self Motivated and Team player
