Client is a consulting Mechanical / Electrical / Technology engineering firm located in Genesee, Colorado, just 20 minutes from Denver. We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level (II) to Upper-Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer with 3 years of relevant experience and a current Mechanical PE registration.
Position Overview :
Mid-Level Mechanical Engineers are integral members of our project teams. They are responsible for managing tasks, resolving engineering challenges, and meeting client expectations. This position requires leadership skills to manage projects, and clients, and support team members effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Primary design and responsible charge of mechanical designs for various facilities, including commercial, healthcare, educational, and government projects.
- Oversee production of project designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection, and application.
- Conduct peer review and QA / QC of work performed by staff engineers.
- Perform limited 3D Revit and / or 2D CAD work.
- Provide onsite observations and contract administration for design projects.
- Attend design meetings and / or OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings as needed.
- Participate in fee proposal development and manage project team workloads.
