Compensation: USD $55,000 – $95,000/year (Up to 10% annual bonus based on performance)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dynamic production environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee efficient process operation and equipment management, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct operations workforce to maintain efficiency and meet production targets.
- Plan and coordinate necessary downtime with maintenance teams.
- Oversee production planning, troubleshooting, and reporting for various units.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to drive process improvements.
- Evaluate daily operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Negotiable Requirements:
- Industrial/Manufacturing Experience: A strong background in industrial or manufacturing operations.
- Supervisory Experience: Proven experience leading and managing teams in a production setting.
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to utilize tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with JD Edwards or other ERP systems.
