We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resident Engineer to lead our critical infrastructure construction projects in Perris, CA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project coordination and oversight, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. This includes monitoring project schedules and budgets, evaluating contractor cost proposals, and conducting daily reviews of project documentation.
As the primary interface between the owner, contractor, engineer of record, and regulatory representatives, you will be responsible for identifying trends and potential risks impacting construction progress or change management issues.
To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience). Additionally, you should have ~10 years of experience in construction, inspection, or operations, with prior experience in municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
