Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience). The ideal candidate will have ~10 years of experience in construction, inspection, or operations, as well as prior experience in municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and tunnels.
A strong understanding of quality control programs and regulatory compliance is essential, as well as knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and union labor agreements. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financials is also required.
