Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies , has partnered with our client in hiring for a full time Account Manager - Client Success Team position working for information services company in Downtown Denver. A summary of the position details includes :

Responsibilities :

  • Primary contact for onboarding new customers, provide support post go-live
  • Work with Project Management, Technical, and Operations team to set up software platform per customers' requests.
  • Provide feedback based on customers inquires for product and service improvements

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of SAAS experience
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to drive engagement and mitigate client churn.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals

    • Compensation and Benefits :

    The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
