- Primary contact for onboarding new customers, provide support post go-live
- Work with Project Management, Technical, and Operations team to set up software platform per customers' requests.
- Provide feedback based on customers inquires for product and service improvements

The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
