• Operate Mail Processing Equipment:

  • Set up, adjust, and operate various types of mail processing machines, including sorting, folding, stuffing, sealing, and postage meter machines.
  • Monitor the equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed.

• Sorting and Packaging:

  • Sort incoming mail based on specific criteria, such as destination, size, or type.
  • Ensure accurate placement of postage and proper packaging of mail items.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Perform routine maintenance on mail processing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues that may arise during the operation of machines.
