SNI Companies in West Palm Beach is seeking a Customer Service Specialist-Product Cancellation!
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization. Their primary role is to provide the accounting team with customer support in reconciliation / cancellation of purchases. This position supports the accounting team members as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide accounting / administrative / clerical support to the accounting and other departments
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Reconcile cancellations / refunds in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Aid and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation of cancellations / refunds
- Inform management and compile reports / summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge
