Front Desk
- Professional appearance, business casual
- Answering phones, transferring calls
- Greeting visitors, logging information into appointment book
- Assist sorting incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
- Assist with room scheduling (Microsoft Outlook e-mail and calendar)
- Other administrative projects as requested to include making copies
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- There will be downtime at this position
- Candidate needs to have a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Hours : 9am-5pm
