What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time MRI Tech Assistant position at Staffing Now?
Our Client is seeking a part time MRI Tech Assistant to work in their state-of-the-art outpatient imaging facilities located in Mercer County, NJ.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist technologists / radiologists with patient exam preparations and electronic record input.
- Verify patient information before providing paperwork to technologist.
- Escort patients to modality areas for technologists.
- Send images to PACs Cube when patient requests their study.
- Communicate with radiologist for technologist when needed.
- Promptly answer phone calls within the department using established customer service guidelines.
Qualifications :
Hours : Monday and Friday 7 : 30am-4pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 : 30am-12 : 30pm
