Overview :
SNI is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements, troubleshoot production and maintenance issues, and support automation and equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and implement process improvements (Kaizen, PFMEA, VSM, Control Plans).
- Conduct root cause analysis on production and equipment issues.
- Evaluate, install, and troubleshoot automation and robotics systems .
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations .
- Collaborate with operations, OEMs, and contractors for machine system integration.
- Lead the development of SOPs, training programs, and process control specifications .
- Support new equipment installation, debugging, and launch.
