Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist position working for our client in downtown Denver. The Quality Assurance Specialist is directly responsible for reviewing client records for inaccuracy and follow reporting rules for correction.
- Serves as final checkpoint before delivering reports to clients.
- Manage the flow of tasks through various online platforms.
- Following up on email correspondences with clients.
- Readily assist one another and collaborating with management to address specific review challenges.
- Assists with other quality assurance tasks ensuring the highest level of client service reporting.
Qualifications
Compensation and Benefits :
The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
Work Location : Onsite for up to 120 days
Hours : Monday - Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
Terms : Contract to hire
