Receptionist / Admin - Part-time evening ( contract)
Location : Sterling, VA
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Great phone etiquette
- Ensure all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate visit
- Achieve customer service satisfaction standards while facilitating
- Effectively greet, communicate and guide customers to appropriate departments for assistance
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Impeccable work ethic
- MUST be comfortable using a paging system
- Attendance & Punctuality are a MUST!
- Upbeat, professional positive attitude
Duration : 3-6 months (could go longer)
Schedule : Mon-Fri 4 : 45 pm - 9 : 00 pm
Dress Code : Business Professional
