- Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Replenishing linens, toiletries, and other amenities to meet high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs
- Adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols to create a safe and welcoming environment
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning/hospitality position
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday
