What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Staffing Plus Springfield?
Staffing plus is seeking self-motivated housekeepers for local hotels in Springfield.
Hours- Range depending on weekend or weekdays.
8am-9am start time and 4:30pm-5:30pm end time!
Housekeeper Job Duties
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
Making beds and changing linens
Washing windows
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
Steaming and cleaning draperies Washing blinds
Tidying up rooms
Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
Must have reliable transportation
Weekends are required
Uniform: Black pants or black scrubs with a black t shirt or black scrub top, tennis shoes
