What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry-FT-Temp to Hire position at Staffing Plus Springfield?

Job Description

Staffing Plus is looking for laundry workers both full and part time to work in the Springfield Missouri Area!

Dress Code : Black pants or scrub bottoms, black t shirt or black scrub top, tennis shoes!

Shift is 8AM-4 : 30PM Wednesday-Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off)

Key Requirements :

Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
Experience required
Flexible schedule and reliable
Must be a fast-paced worker and work well with others
Multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities :

Sort all linens and treat stains

Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents

Take wet, clean items and dry as directed

Sort and fold or hang clean dried items

Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager

Maintaining all laundry equipment and inform facilities manager as to any maintenance needs

Perform additional laundry services when necessary
