The Hearing Center, known in Western North Carolina for its relentless commitment to improving patients' lives, is hiring an independently-minded and community-focused Audiologist for the Brevard, NC, practice.
The Audiologist will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and provide hearing services for their patients.
The ideal Audiologist candidate takes pride in providing a gold standard of patient care and is passionate about helping each patient reach their full hearing potential.
- Providing comprehensive, diagnostic hearing evaluations for primarily adult patients.
- Administering and interpreting audiological tests, developing treatment plans, establishing goals for patients, and making recommendations for the most suitable hearing aid solution
- Providing exceptional patient experience through active listening, educational, and emotional counseling
- Maintaining professional credentials and CEU requirements and staying informed and knowledgeable about the Audiology news and updates.
- Experience with cerumen removal, Lyric extended wear devices, and an operating microscope is preferred
Requirements
- Doctorate in Audiology.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
