Amplify Hearing, founded in the United Kingdom in 2016, specializes in
delivering hearing care through a growing network of optometrists. Expanding
its reach, Amplify Hearing has recently launched operations in the United States.
As they embark on this new growth phase, they are
actively seeking passionate Hearing Care Providers (HIS or BC-HIS) to join their expanding team in the US.
As an Amplify Hearing Care Provider, you will provide independent hearing care within optical
practices, ensuring patients receive the same level of independent clinical
care for their ears as they do for their eyes.
You'll be equipped to deliver clinical excellence and
a comprehensive hearing care service to your patients by accessing the latest
hearing aid technology from leading manufacturers and state-of-the-art
Audiological testing equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient diagnostics by
administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
- Fitting and dispensing hearing
aids and recommending proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
- Educating patients on using their
hearing aids or other hearing accessories.
- Providing appropriate aftercare for
all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Working closely with the
optometry staff and leveraging patient referral programs.
- Taking the lead in outreach
initiatives for the practice
Requirements
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments (HIS or BC-HIS)
- Ability to establish partnerships and build rapport with the optometry
team.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
