Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hatchery operations, including egg receiving, sorting, setting, and candling
- Perform environmental testing and health testing, including blood sampling and cloacal swabbing
- Complete required recordkeeping documents and perform general housekeeping duties
- Operate egg sanitizing machines, collection tables, and conveyance systems
