What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Dispatcher position at Staffing Resources?

Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls from customers including scheduling, complaints and billing inquiries
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Maintain excellent customer relations with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Ensure that all calls meet Company standards
- Ability to accept empowerment and to be prepared to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction with confidence
- Resolve issues by clarifying, researching, exploring answers / alternative solutions and escalating unresolved issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Work with dispatch to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response
- Assist with dispatch as needed
- Perform outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance and tune-ups
- Ensure that customers are contacted in a timely manner at all times
- Work with Service Manager to ensure that capacity demands are met
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
- Team work is a priority and the Customer Service Representative must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed; in addition to working occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
