Procurement Manager, Center of Excellence

Our Client is looking for a highly analytical Procurement Manager that thrives with handling complex negations. This high-impact role will drive digital transformation, optimize supply chain, and ensure supplier compliance.

What You'll Do :

Lead Procurement Transformation : Implement industry best practices, leverage Dynamics 365 F&O, and build a robust governance framework.
Drive Efficiency & Savings : Analyze data, identify cost reduction opportunities, and optimize supply chain operations.
Ensure Compliance : Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
Champion System Adoption : Train and support users in utilizing Dynamics 365 F&O effectively.
Lead Complex Negotiations : Successfully navigate and negotiate complex contracts with suppliers.

What You'll Bring :

Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and a strong understanding of procurement principles.

3-5 years of procurement leadership experience with a track record of success.

Highly analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand changes in spend data and material costs.

Experienced with highly complex negotiations and contract management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Strong leadership and the ability to drive change and motivate teams.
