We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations, personnel management, and client service. This role involves managing a temporary workforce, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving branch success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dispatch temporary workers to job sites, ensuring all safety equipment and work instructions are provided.
- Recruit, hire, and manage the onboarding process for temporary employees.
- Process payroll for completed work orders and maintain accurate employee and client records.
- Conduct employee safety reviews and handle jobsite accident reports.
- Manage risk and accident claims, ensuring timely reports and active employee return-to-work efforts.
- Maintain inventory records and manage branch supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling client orders, invoice inquiries, and other requests.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and teamwork in a challenging, dynamic environment.
