Duties include creating and strengthening relationships with business owners and human resource professionals. The position provides life and supplemental health benefit counseling to state, municipal and private sector employees, with a strong focus toward the blue collar sector.
The company works with thousands of employers across the state of Florida, in a worksite format to assist employers with benefit enhancements for their employees while maximizing tax savings for their business.
The successful candidate must exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, good communication skills, high integrity, desire to lead others, a passion for helping people, and must be committed to the training process.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
