What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Analyst - Epic General Ledger position at Staffing Solutions Enterprises?
The Senior Epic General Ledger Analyst designs, configures, tests, and implements changes of assigned general ledger system applications. They will lead operational work groups and teams to gather and analyze requirements for new requests. In this role, the senior Epic Analyst consults with Epic representatives, leadership, and subject matter experts to engage stakeholders to configure and build Epic software and applications. The role includes the management of projects; working through complex problems, performing and supporting application upgrades, provides solutions, develops and documents workflows harmonized with systems, and supports the implementation life cycle to include end user adoption.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leads design of business requirements, software build, test, training, support and coordinates with Finance on reporting needs
- Responsible for maintaining revenue mapping in Epic general ledger; Extensive General Ledger experience required!!!
- Will work with finance team and needs to understand their revenue needs
- Troubleshoot general ledger issues;
- On-call needs once a month
What You Need To Have
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be certified in Epic Professional Billing or Hospital Billing (SBO Admin)
- 4 years in designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Epic applications (Required) and
- 2 years working in a health care related IT environment (Preferred)
