We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Sheet Metal Programmer to join our growing Client in Cleveland Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC sheet metal machines, ensuring high-quality production of sheet and tube components, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet production goals. Salary- $80,000 Bonus
Key Responsibilities :
- Program CNC sheet metal machines, including lasers and bending brakes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming or machinery issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct trial runs and machine tests to ensure parts meet required dimensions and tolerances.
- Ensure all CNC programs are up-to-date with the latest part revisions through the ECN process.
- Train and guide production personnel on CNC techniques and methods.
- Review new parts for manufacturability and suggest process improvements.
- Implement cost-saving ideas to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Assist in introducing new parts, products, and processes while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
