What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Project Manager-Civil Engineering (Detroit or Toledo) position at Staffing Solutions Enterprises?
As a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with our Principals in our civil / site practice to plan and execute projects within our private, public and energy sectors, communicate with clients, develop new client opportunities, and grow your career. You'll coordinate with other practices (including environmental, ecological and surveying practices) to address project-specific needs. You will also manage / mentor staff and attend industry organization and client meetings.
Qualifications
- 10 years' experience;
- BS in Civil Engineering;
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.);
- Ability to speak and write professionally;
- Willingness to develop and mentor staff;
- Expertise in providing technical reviews of Civil Engineering deliverables;
- Skilled in preparing proposals and managing project execution;
- Strong ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business.
