Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description :
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics, including staff supervision and forklift operations.
- Track all incoming and outgoing products, confirming timely and accurate deliveries.
- Conduct inventory counts, manage stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain warehouse facilities, machinery, and equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working order.
- Oversee the proper transport, packaging, and placement of products to minimize damage.
- Manage shipping documentation (manifests, receipts) and update reports with relevant data.
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new warehouse staff.
- Improve warehouse processes through strategic planning and optimization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
