Position : Residential Specialist
Location : Honolulu, HI
Pay : $22 / hour (Up to $25 / hour for bilingual candidates in English and Japanese, Chinese, or Korean!)
Experience :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in high-end customer service roles required.
- Experience at a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury condominium is a plus.
Education :
High school diploma or GED.CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training and certification will be provided after 90 days.Type : Full-time; Contract
Schedule : Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 11pm to 7am (days off are Sunday, Monday, and Thursday)

Job Description :
Build positive, professional relationships with homeowners, residents, and guests, exuding genuine Aloha Spirit.Enforce House Rules and Regulations for residents, guests, staff, vendors, contractors, and amenities. Escalate confrontations to management when necessary.Attend to residents and guests throughout the shift, addressing concerns or service requests and ensuring compliance with building rules.Serve as a frontline security presence, turning away unauthorized visitors and preventing soliciting on the property.Maintain logs, files, and relevant building operation systems.Provide coverage for other stations during breaks to ensure Front Desk and Security are always staffed.Deliver attentive service in the lobby, greeting residents and guests by name when possible, addressing concerns, and monitoring security systems like CCTV.Receive, organize, and store packages delivered for homeowners, guests, and building management. Escort authorized visitors to their destinations as needed.Manage porte cochère vehicle traffic, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all. Direct cars, open doors, assist with luggage, and valet vehicles as required.In amenities areas, provide high-level service, assist residents with scheduling, and ensure cleanliness. Perform rounds, inspect equipment, and report issues or shortages to management.Patrol the property, monitor security systems, and report safety concerns. Respond to emergency situations and assist in medical incidents or building alarms. Document incidents and create detailed reports.Control access for contractors and delivery vehicles, ensuring they follow the check-in process and scheduling moves or deliveries without overbooking.Communicate efficiently with team members using two-way radios and codes. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist management with special tasks as needed.Position Requirements :
Must be able to obtain a guard card.Able to work weekends and holidays.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Understanding of computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to learn and utilize the Association’s computer applications.Must be familiar with a range of vehicles and know how to drive and park at an effective and acceptable level.Benefits :
