Position: Marketing and Communications Manager

Pay: $33.65/hour

Experience: Strong understanding of branding and marketing channels/tools. Prior experience in managing marketing campaigns and projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate all marketing and communications efforts and projects.
• Develop and execute media strategy, including ads, website development, public relations, and social media.
• Create content such as advertisements, press releases, eblasts, flyers, and mailers.
• Monitor and update company website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Manage marketing vendor relationships and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and coordinate external/internal events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Oversee the development and execution of the company’s branding strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create ads for digital channels and paid media distribution.
• Analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate website design and development efforts.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Creative mindset and adaptability to developing marketing content.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Intermediate proficiency in publishing/design software (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Photoshop).
• Basic proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Ability to manage operational functions with high collaboration levels.
• Results-oriented and able to meet timelines while balancing other business considerations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
