Job Description:
- Maintain and oversee internal program database systems (MyCaseRecords and HMIS).
- Support case management by ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the client intake process and data entry for new clients.
- Generate program data reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for performance tracking.
- Audit and ensure data integrity in all client records.
- Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and analyze results for program improvement.
- Provide training and software support to staff on data systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with client tracking databases and data entry.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities.
