Pay: $22/hour

Experience: Customer service, security, or residential support experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Night Shift

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Monitor CCTV and patrol premises to ensure security.
• Greet and assist residents and guests professionally.
• Respond to medical, fire, and security incidents.
• Maintain logs and update records.
• Control access to the building and monitor visitors.
• Assist with package management and resident requests.
• Conduct regular property patrols and report any irregularities.
• Support management with special tasks as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and operate security and communication systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
