Job Description:
- Correspond with business associates regarding insurance policies.
- Handle the maintenance and correspondence of payment rejects.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Manage incoming payments with attention to credibility for DB/AB policies.
- Oversee an offshore team to ensure task completion and consistency.
- Assist in finding solutions for billing issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Guidewire Billing Center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to type 35 WPM.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a multitasking environment.
- Effective team player with a strong customer service mindset.
