Position : Outside Sales Representative
Location : Honolulu. HI
Pay : $29k to $80k / year base pay uncapped commission!
Experience : 3 to 5 years of previous outside sales experience required.
Education : High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
Type : Full-time; Contract
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description :
- Keep management informed of market conditions, pricing trends, and any factors affecting sales operations.
- Plan, organize, and schedule sales calls to service existing accounts and develop new ones.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions and sales activity.
- Maintain product knowledge by attending seminars, trade shows, and meeting supplier representatives.
- Introduce new products through demonstrations to gain customer acceptance and increase sales.
- Address customer complaints and collaborate with management for timely resolution.
- Ensure all sales comply with Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Assist at the order desk to learn data entry systems and provide additional support when needed.
- Service customer orders, review delivery tags for accuracy, and provide product information and safety details.
- Maintain inventory by reviewing product needs, placing supplemental purchase requests, and providing sales forecasts.
