What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Agent position at Staffing Specifix?
We are so excited as we continue to GROW! We want to add "6 Customer Service Agents" to our Client Service department.
This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION, NOR HYBRID. This is an on-site position in a lovely facility with a beautiful office environment!
The representatives will answer inbound calls and assist customers via email. All customer service representatives must be empathetic, have effective listening skills, be patient, and be willing to solve problems with a critical thinking, solution-oriented mindset.
- Stable past employment history
- Updated resume and verifiable employment verifications
- Excellent English speaking, listening, and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft OFFICE (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task between client services database
- Must handle a difficult phone call and communicate effectively in challenging situations.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position. The starting pay for this position is $19.00. There is DEFINITE STABILITY, ROOM FOR GROWTH, AND ADVANTAGE TO WORK WITH AN AMAZING COMPANY AND GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM AND LEADERS!!!!!
