We are looking to hire a "CNC ROUTER OPERATOR." This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m.—3 : 30 p.m.
Job Duties :
- Load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
- Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
- Program router by entering instructions into Software to create layout file.
- Day-to-day work will include other tasks as well.
