- DevOps Engineer III position involves delivering end-to-end solutions for automated build, deployment, monitoring, and server infrastructure.
- Based in Lindon, UT, this hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) is a 12-month contract with a pay rate of $70/hr. (W-2).
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Automation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with proficiency in tools like YAML.
- ALM Expertise: Configure and customize Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS for application lifecycle management.
- Automated Deployment: Build automated deployment systems from OS to application layers.
- OS Knowledge: Experience with both Windows and Linux systems.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure high availability and performance of solutions.
- Fault Tolerance: Design systems for rapid recovery and repair of migration issues.
- Infrastructure Automation: Develop automation for common infrastructure and application tasks.
- Testing & Pipeline Integration: Strong understanding of automated software testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Service Development: Basic knowledge of SOA and .NET technologies (WCF, Web APIs, Windows services).
- Communication: Strong English communication and networking skills, with the ability to drive change.
- Release Management: Oversee software releases and deployments in a global environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in DevOps and DevSecOps principles.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and management (e.g., YAML).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS.
