Job Title : Lead Critical Facility Technician

Description :
We are seeking a Lead Critical Facilities Technician to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will report to the Facility Manager and oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical and non-critical facility systems in a 24x7 mission-critical environment . The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of technicians in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, generators, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control, and building management systems (BMS).
- Supervise and coordinate electrical operations, energy management programs, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all change control processes , safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, contracted, and general maintenance activities.
- Monitor critical system performance , identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage third-party contractors, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical system failures , minimizing downtime and impact.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, logs, and reports.
