Job Title : NextGen Application Analyst
Position Type : Contract for 3 months (Most likely extended)
Location : 100% Remote (Must be able to work in AZ Time Zone; flexible with PST & MST)
Job Description :
We are seeking NextGen Application Analysts for a time-sensitive project requiring immediate support. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in NextGen applications , particularly File Maintenance and Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) . This role focuses on break / fix support, ticket resolution, building, testing, and onboarding new clinics and providers .
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide break / fix support and resolve technical issues related to NextGen applications.
- Manage ticket resolution efficiently to ensure smooth system operations.
- Configure and maintain File Maintenance and EPM modules in NextGen.
- Assist in adding new clinics and providers within the system.
- Conduct system builds and testing to ensure application integrity.
- Maintain strong attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure data accuracy.
